From the nation’s founding through abolition, suffrage, anti-imperialism, civil rights, and beyond, Tony Williams co-authors a new book on the story of our Declaration of Independence throughout the ages. Divided Over the Declaration: How an Enduring Debate Sustains the Vision of America is the story of an evolving document that has inspired movements, fueled resistance, and sparked conflict from 1776 to today. Yet it is also the story of the Declaration’s greatest strength: the power to unite.
Young Voices invites you to join the final edition of three online forums as part of our America 250 summer author series with Tony Williams to ask questions regarding his book and engage in a conversation about the future of the classical liberal tradition. Join us Wednesday, July 8th at 12:00pm ET!
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
