Anthony De Luca-Baratta holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C., where he served as Managing Editor of The SAIS Review of International Affairs. During his time in Washington, Anthony interned at the Center for the National Interest and the Center for North American Prosperity and Security, where his research centred on technology and defence policy, and the Canada-U.S. relationship. He was also awarded a Google Public Policy Fellowship to pursue work on AI governance at the Aspen Institute. His work has been published in The National Interest, Real Clear World, The Washington Times, Aspen Digital, and The SAIS Observer. Anthony holds a B.A. in Economics from Concordia University and a B.A. in Philosophy from McGill University. He is based in Montreal, Canada.
