Ian Golan

Born in Poland, I emigrated with my parents to Luxembourg in 2009. In 2020 I began studying Economics and Business Economics at Maastricht University in Netherlands. Here I have been participating in the important work done by Students for Liberty, first as Head of Events and Activities, and later as the President of our local chapter Maastricht Students for Liberty. In 2022 I finished my first novel in Polish, Flugjagd, which takes place in the war-ridden Donbas region in 2014. In addition, I have written countless short stories. Currently, I am working on my second and third novel simultaneously. In 2023 I joined the editorial board of the non-profit atheists for Liberty. In the same year I became the Executive Publisher of Speak Freely Magazine, working there on the speakfreely.org website as well as the printed version of the publication.
