Layal Bou Harfouch is a Drug Policy Analyst at Reason Foundation and a DPhil student at the University of Oxford. Bou Harfouch holds an M.S. in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Substance Use Disorder Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment from Central Michigan University. Outside her professional life, she values self-care and wellness practices such as yoga and enjoys spending quality time with her family—sources of balance that sustain her personal and professional growth.
