Sam Chandler

Sam Chandler is a public affairs professional and freelance writer who takes a ‘pick n’ mix’ approach to choosing his writing topics. The fruits of this approach can be seen on his frequently infrequent blog, BlogsDontBurn.com. He started working for Centaurus Communications in 2021; a boutique strategic communications consultancy based in Holborn, London. The nature of his work requires wearing many different hats at once: including PR professional, political lobbyist, media consultant, client liaison, and ghost writer. (He also makes a serviceable pot of coffee when pressed). Sam regularly writes and publishes ghost-written articles for Centaurus’ varied client-base. These have been published by outlets including The Independent, The Telegraph, Daily Express, ConservativeHome, City A.M., CapX, Reaction.life, Comment Central, and others. He has also produced copy on a freelance basis, including a two-page spread on Georgian winemaking in FIRST Strategic Insight magazine. Before joining Centaurus, he wrote a series of ‘comment and opinion digests’ on the politics of the Middle East for another London-based consultancy – as part of a regular service for their UAE-based client.
